Scope
Information we collect
- Account data. Email address and display name from your Google or Apple sign-in.
- Photos you upload (including photos containing your face). Uploading photos is optional and is only required if you want to generate images of yourself. We use them solely to generate images of you — either to train your private, per-user AI model or, if you have not trained a model, as a reference attached to each generation request. Photos are stored encrypted at rest in Google Cloud / Firebase Storage. Your photos are never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train any shared or global model. See Face data and Retention and deletion below for why we store them, how long, and who we share them with.
- Generated images and prompts. Stored so you can view, re-download, or delete them.
- Usage signals. Anonymous device type, app version, crash reports, and feature-usage counters. No advertising identifiers.
- Purchase records. Transaction IDs from Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not store credit card numbers.
Face data
Some photos you choose to upload contain your face. We treat this face data under the specific practices below.
- Why we store it. Uploaded photos are the functional input the App needs to generate images of you. They are used either (a) as the training set for your private, per-user AI model, or (b) when you have not trained a model, as the reference image attached to each generation request so the AI can reproduce your likeness. The App cannot generate images of you without them.
- How long we store it, and why. Because the photos are required for the App to function for you, we keep them only for as long as you keep them in the App. You can delete any photo, your trained model, or your entire account at any time, and we delete the associated photos as described in Retention and deletion below. In addition, if your account is inactive for 12 months we automatically delete all uploaded photos (including model training photos) and generated images associated with it. We never retain face data indefinitely.
- We do not perform facial recognition. We do not generate or store biometric templates, face embeddings, face meshes, or face landmarks, and we do not use your photos to identify you or any other person.
- Who we share it with, and why. To generate and edit images, we send your photos to two third-party AI processor — Google (Gemini API). The Third-party processors section below states exactly what each one receives, why we share it, and how long each one retains it.
How we use it
- Train your private AI model and generate images on request.
- Authenticate you and grant purchased credits.
- Diagnose crashes and improve reliability.
- Communicate important service updates (no marketing email).
Third-party processors
We use trusted third-party services to run the App. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations:
- Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting, authentication, and storage.
- Google — Gemini API (Google LLC) — image quality analysis of your uploaded photos, text-to-image generation, and image editing. Receives your text prompts and the image bytes you upload or attach as references, which may include photos of your face. Under Google’s paid Gemini API terms, Google does not use this data to train its models. Google logs prompts and image inputs only transiently — up to approximately 55 days — solely to detect abuse and meet legal obligations, and does not retain them beyond that period.
- Apple — App Store purchases and transaction verification.
We do not sell personal information to third parties and do not share it for behavioral advertising.
Retention and deletion
You can delete individual photos, videos, generated images, uploaded reference photos, and trained AI models at any time from in-app settings. Deleted items are immediately hidden from your view; permanent removal from backend storage occurs during our routine cleanup process.
Inactivity deletion. If your account is inactive for 12 months, we automatically delete all uploaded photos (including model training photos), generated images, and videos associated with it. This ensures face data and other personal content are never retained indefinitely, even if you do not delete them yourself.
Account deletion. You can permanently delete your account from the Profile screen in the iOS app or the user menu on the website. When you delete your account, we immediately:
- Remove your uploaded photos, generated images and videos, generation history, and chat history from active systems.
- Delete your AI models and reference photos from our systems.
- Delete your account profile and authentication record.
Backup copies are overwritten on our backup rotation cycle, typically within 30 days. After account deletion, transaction records (Apple in-app purchase IDs, credit-grant history) and security/abuse logs are anonymized — your user identifier is replaced with an irreversible hash — and retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal-obligation purposes (typically up to 7 years). Anonymized records cannot be linked back to you.
If your account is associated with an open abuse investigation or legal hold, the relevant content may be retained by us or shared with law enforcement as required by applicable law, even after you request deletion.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
The fastest way to exercise your right to deletion is the self-service Delete Account action in the app or website. To exercise other rights, or if you cannot access your account, email aryaxt@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days, with a possible extension where permitted by law.
